Hi, I’m Mali - a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, and currently studying to become a certified Sports Nutritionist through Sports Nutrition Association.
I have a background as a registered nurse (many years ago now), which sparked my passion for helping people improve their health. What I love about nutrition is being able to support people before they get sick - helping them feel better now and protect their health for the future.
Through Nurrish Nutrition, I help people reconnect with food in a way that feels good, makes sense for their lifestyle, and supports their version of health. My approach is gentle, empowering, and always tailored — because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition.
